报告摘要：CentroidalVoronoi tessellations (CVTs) are special Voronoi tessellations having theproperty that the generators of the Voronoi tessellation are also the centersof mass, with respect to a given density function of the corresponding Voronoicells. CVTs enjoy an optimization characterization so that they themselves turnout to be very useful in many applications. In this talk, we will review some high-qualitymesh generation techniques for volumes or manifolds based on Centroidal VoronoiTessellation or its duality Centroidal Voronoi Delaunay Triangulation (CVDT).
